  • Non-Compliance: No refunds will be issued if the client fails to comply with the terms and conditions or any instructions provided for the completion of the service.

  • Review and Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. We will notify you of the status of your request after the review.
  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
